Welcome to Huntingtown United Methodist Church!

Whether you are visiting us for the very first time or consider this your church home, we are glad you are here!

Belonging is something we strive for at Huntingtown United Methodist Church. We strive to be a community of faith and in learning how to love and take care of each other better, we encourage you to let us know if you have any specific support needs that would enhance your experience at HUMC. As a community we are all here to serve and care for one another.

Reach out to Rev. Jenn at revjennto@gmail.com, Ms. Sheila at sisaacson.humc@comcast.netor Marcia C-M at mmlimberlost1@gmail.com for how we can support your needs.

Your Infant Children…

Children are a gift of God, so they are welcome in worship. We also have a dedicated nursery team available (infants through age 2) during both services. The nursery is located on the second floor in Room 21. Our greeters will be glad to show you the way.

Your Children and Youth…

We have classes for pre-k through 12th grade during our 10:30 worship. They join us for the beginning of worship and are dismissed after the children’s message. They return to receive Communion with their families on communion Sundays. For information on our Pre-School Program click “Learning Center”.

Holy Communion…

We celebrate the Lord’s Supper the first Sunday of each month in remembrance of what Jesus did for us on the cross. The table is open to all who wish to receive grace from Christ.

Worship…

Traditional worship is at 9AM; contemporary worship is at 10:30AM.
At the 9:00 am traditional service we have a choir, read traditional liturgy and sing older songs from the hymnal.
At the 10:30 am contemporary service, we sing newer styles of music, led by our “praise band”.

Offering…

Our offering is a way of following Jesus’ teachings about the use of our time, talents and treasure, and embracing generous discipleship that supports the ministries of Huntingtown United Methodist Church.

Fellowship…

Please join us on for a time of fellowship between the Worship Sunday mornings. (10:00-10:30am)
